I have an SSD -> First it downloaded 4.3 gb.. fixed all the files etc... Then i got a new progress bar, when that finished the game was like! "YO let's download 7.9 gb!" AND THEN The game decided it was to little... here i am downloading 31,2gb ! GREAT WORK! Also rollback the servers to before the patch and remove all the crocodiles in the game untill you figure out how to make em unable to ATTACK shit inside buildings/boats

That folder contains all your steam games. Edit: I guess you found the real game folder ^^ However the game was like 100gb to download in the first place? Both Ark and Atlas has always been super large games. We just have to deal with it ^^

And the issues continue. I can connect once per DAY on my normal internet, if I crash or loose connection once I CANNOT get back online. So I have to swap to my cellphone internet. I need you to find what the fuck is wrong with your stupid servers please!

It takes 10 people about 10 minutes with axes to destroy 3 masts and break into every floor of your ship and sink it. That is retarded. Please give ship 100x as much hp so its balanced around the damage hand tools does. Also, this would make ship battles interesting and not a 1-2 minute thing that is hit or miss. ^ The ship was a brigand. LIMIT claiming too. 3 flags for a soloplayer (1 on land 2 in water) and 6 for a company. There is no fucking place anywhere where you can even get started. You cannot do a single thing solo in this game and it sucks ass.

Crocodiles are attacking people on ships. Please make them unable to aggro people that are on ships! They can sink any ship if they have enough time...... and if you are offline BYE SHIP

Hi Devs, So I was playing, it was working fine. My characters specialization unlocks stopped working so I decided to rejoin the server. That was a huge mistake. I am now unable to rejoin the server. I get stuck at the loading screen until it times me out. See screenshot: I can join ANY of the other servers: EU PVE, NA PVP and NA PVP. I have investigated as much as I can on my own. It seems like the server IP: 46.251.238.71:57559 is unreachable. Had Netlimiter running when finding the IP. I am guessing that is the IP for the specific server. It shows up as RED which means it is unreachable. However, adding the server as a favorite in the steam server browser gives shows the server as responsive. Seems very strange to me. The "main IP" for the EU PVP server seems to be the same but a different port so: 46.251.238.71:5759. I am assuming it handles the incoming connections and sends players to the correct server for the specific region. But IF your region is inaccessible for you for some reason it declines the connection or something. I have had the issue before, the only thing that fixed it then was when a server restarted for an update or whenever it crashed. It seems like some peoples characters get stuck in some kind of "no-mans-land" or something similar. It might be some kind of DDOS protection that thinks you are DDOSing the server. However, if you had a steady connection for like 3 hrs and then disconnect to reconnect it seems like it is over aggressive. Also, that would not explain why the issue stops when the server is restarted or crashes. Here is a list of what I have tried to do to fix the issue: Reinstall the game Verify the game files Rename the save folder to save.old so the game generates a new one Flush my DNS Restarted my computer Restarted router/modem etc. Changed DNS servers Tried to connect to the server through Steam Friends Does not leave this screen to even try to load the game: Tried to add +connect 46.251.238.71:5759 in the launch options. The same result as test 8 Tried to add +connect 46.251.238.71:57559 in the launch options. The same result as test 9 Removed my router to be directly connected to the line into my home Have a friend kill my character so it is not alive did not help Can we PLEASE have some kind of response on how we can fix this or that you are at least investigating this? If you have the same issues please post below and describe what you have tried to fix it.
