When I left for work I saw a major patch was coming out that required a restart ; however 7 hours later while checking I don't see any patch notes???

I keep loading into a port with 1000 sleeping people .. will timeout and put me back at that spot

I know that I need to hover over but nothing is showing me the materials for whats needed .. im convinced im bugged now .. im able to craft something if I magically get the mats for something but I don't know any recipes by hovering over them
