2 of them were 34gb ram 1 was 16 and 1 was 8, all higher end Graphics card best one being RTX 2080 TI All different levels of computers. I live in hawaii. Another friend that lives here CAN connect. He is on another side of my island. We use same ISP I tried all of that. My friend that logged on never been on, and it created a profile of my character so, character profiles are saved server side since I did not send them my character profiles 100% a connectivity issue through our ports/Ip or something. Im not networking savy enough to figure it out. That is only because something is up with your connection to the servers that you cannot see them, They are 100% up and online, the info you are getting is false and there is a disconnect somewhere. I have verified this

UPDATE: MY FRIEND LOGGED ONTO MY ACCOUNT AND SCREENSHARED WITH ME!!! HE COULD SEE ALL THE SERVERS ONLINE AND AVAILABLE AND CONNECT TO ANY SERVER THROUGH MY ACCOUNT. I CANNOT SEE ALL SERVERS ON MINE OR HIS ACCOUNT!!!

I got randomly refunded my copy and the 3 copies I gifted but still have a license for game and so do the 3 people I gifted it too ._.

I just want to make everyone aware that it is not the server or a bugged character. A lot of us are just not allowed to connect. Like I said I gave my friends my steam account and they can log in perfectly fine

I am going to save you your time and energy as I have spent 16+ hours a day relaunching the game thinking I could get in. I did get into the game on the second day and played for about 3 hours. When I tried to log back in I always got stuck on "PrimalGameData_BP" "Host Connection: Lost/timed out connection to host" What I have Tried that DID NOT work: Relaunching Game and choosing all available options Verifying Game Reinstalling Game Reinstalling Windows VPN from every corner of the world Opening ports on router that other friends that can log in have open Resetting Modem Bought and tried 3 different ISP's Installing game on 4 different PC's and repeating all of the above on each PC Mobile tethering Direct connect to main server + every other server available (+connect IP) Turning off firewall + antivirus What I have Tried that DID work: Giving my steam info to a friend who WAS able to log in on his own character. LOW AND BEHOLD HE WAS ABLE TO LOG IN ON MY CHARACTER AND TELEPORT AROUND AND DO SHIT. I had him spawn me at companies new base and tried to log in again and no luck, Idc if i get banned for account sharing I cant even log in anyway. I have verified that my pathfinder is perfectly fine and playable. Every single thing you could think of or seen on reddit I have tried AND more. I have asked in discord and tweeted + steam and I get ZERO response, This is THE BIGGEST issue in the game and grapeshot do not have the DECENCY to acknowledge the specific issue, and would rather leave thousands of players relaunching the game over and over again thinking they have a chance to get in until they realize its been 16 hours later. There is absolutely ZERO excuse for the way they are leaving customers left in the unknown with zero statements or an acknowledgement. So, if you are willing and have someone you trust that can in fact get into the game you can learn like I did that it isnt a character stuck issue. There are no servers that are down. You just cannot connect because Grapeshot is preventing you from connecting, and do not have the pair of balls to say it.

servers are not actually down. Ive had this problem for two days now. Gave my friend my steam account to log on, and he logged on my accoutn and character jsut fine and teleported me to a new zone, I still cannot log in

Tried Resetting modem 6. Tried a Different Internet provider 7. Made a new Steam and Purchased a NEW atlas 8. Turned off Firewalls 9. Tethered Mobile Internet 10.Downloaded Atlas on 4 different PC's with much more parts than requirements asked 11. Tried using a VPN and connected through different countries 12. Tried connecting directly through steam launch settings 13. Tried launching as admin through exe in files and the Atalas_BE.exe DISCLAIMER FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY I gave both accounts to a friend that lives in the states and they were successfully able to log in.

This is complete trash they arnt even working on the people with connection issues, they are focused on in game issues and do not have the decency to even notify or release some sort of update on the problem literally thousands and thousands of people have. THEY JUST DON'T CARE

It is connection to the official servers. You will not be able to log in once you get the problem dont bother, call steam and get a refund. The devs havent said shit on it and they wont because they are too busy fixing other thigns and they just dont care. Move on
