anyone had this bug happen or knows how to fix

cant interact with my tame cause he blinks every 3 seconds, tried logging off and on, walkin him on and off a boat.....

Try smacking it with a spyglass? When you say move it on off the boat you can ride it? Isn't that interacting with it?  Or are you whistling it. Tried loading it into another boat? I haven't seen mine flash like that but I have had it get stuck before and had to do different things to get it unstuck.

RAise the anchor and shortly after lower the anchor try to acces oyour elephant and enable following leave the boat and repeat. if it start bouncing you will lose it.

I have fixed this by moving it onto my boat, you may need to have him follow you off and move him on with the E wheel.
