Hey guys, what is the best, fastest way to destroy a wooden pillar that is on the ground, below the ocean's surface but in the shallows?

If it's yours, destroy the bottom pillar. If it's not yours and your on pve, your a little bit screwed

Use C to dive down if it is your own. C+E etc can be tricky.
