Anyone know where the Freeport vendor is for setting up player shop?

Has anyone seen where we go to set up our player shop to sell our wares in the freeports? I have been searching and see no vendor for this. Advice or info is welcomed, please and thank you.

UGgggh!, seriously? I just sailed for 2 hours to get here. I read the latest patch notes for v17 and it says they are active. "- Player shops in freeports. Players can setup automated shops in each freeport, listing loot for sale and naming their own gold coin prices"

Now that you have mentioned it, I see where it says, upcomming patch notes. I am so pissed, they should have made the patch notes less confusing....place planned crap somewhere else and only state what is active. Ohwell, I wasted a lot of time tonight =). Thank you for the help.

don't log out in the Free-port, you will lose your ship. Decay rates are accelerated in Free-ports and more so when not online.
