Please normalize crew cost to post nerf income

please, if  you are nerfing gold income, match crew cost.  We were already struggling to pay our crew as a small company

On our grid no one cares to do anything above fine maps that are max 2 grids away. 2k gold journeyman+ maps were not enough to lure players?, let's 2x nerf the gold! No..., we just gonna do more commons even more.

Totally agree with this. I think this happened because every company member around the treasure chest was getting the reward and it seemed to be too high as it would just multiply. For solo player it was just enough to farm a bit and to be able to save up to pay while doing other stuff.

Either lower the company treasure multiplier, crew payment amount or add more ways to get gold for groups as well as solos.

Now the gold earned vs time spent earning it will make us not being able to do anything except treasure maps if we want to sustain paying crew. Especially for solo players as it's not getting multiplied. Hence the solo players are the ones who need the crew the most!

Gold has to be rare!  No reason to lower cost for crew members and I'm in a small company.    Maybe balance it someway differently

Well if it would act as a rare currency to be used to get maybe cosmetic items and such, then a different type of currency would be nice to have for paying the crew. Also some nice not frustrating or not so time-consuming ways of getting it then. Nice idea tho

if we could breed our own crew that just needs food and no gold it would be fine.
until something like this gets added it would help if the gold amount of chests is split when given to multiple players and the crew costs reduced, especially when anchored and offline.
