Off course you can not see what everybody is typing and saying online. but there need to be a easy way to readout names of players and company's that are blacklisted. Just start with a warning on the screen, nothing changed. 24 hours ban. still nothing changed, a ban for the whole season!!

And if you think it's needed for the game, Nooo, be creative and find a other reason to fight for.

Having a deaf ear to racism is what caused Hitler, you can't just pretend that they don't exist. If you do, you give them a Plattform to spread their crazy-ass ideas on. You might not be affected by those ideas, children and intellectually handicapped people however can easily be manipulated.
