I somehow fixed my issues after rebuilding my ServerGrid.json with a little ruby script. Transfer is working now 

I have uploaded the script - it might help someone else on editing the official 15x15 grid.

Right now A7-A9 up to N7-N9 ->14x3 = 42 grids
