Actually only the PTR are coming 20th, if it even is, might only come next week. and Wipe is only in April. (i know the thing about april just came today, but we have known for atleast 1,5 that the wipe is not 20th)

Confirmed, the server i play had to remove no collision. since people now could place cannons at your doorstep. so no more Magestic ships.
