Unfortunately it's on all platforms and effects PVE only. The PVP servers are online, they have no problems as far as I know. I hope the issues get resolved soon, I can't get to my main grid, where I get notifications of stuff dissapearing by auto-decay.

Mate you know that "Streamer Stealth Mode: client option to disable showing all location information; super useful to prevent stream-sniping" is in the patch notes of V16. That patch will deploy late February. Thats bound to happen in an early access game. I personally am a Star Citizen backer, that had the same issues a few major patches ago. So be patient, enjoy what you can and make sure to feed the issue council with everything you encounter.
