Another patch, another breeding mishap... 3 dead bears
Yuta replied to Drogith's topic in General Discussion
A couple of weeks ago, this method did not help us save our baby bear. It was +24 degrees, the bear was sitting in the water and did not react to cooling. As a result, he died from overheating right before my eyes :( It turns out that this situation was fixed? -

i understand about "time for finding a good balance", but i have no idea, how this quest can be interesting in this way "find and use". But let's see what this leads to.) Agree -

Spamming E button under attack of hundreds hostile creatures - Imho, this is not the best way to make an "unique" quest -
Penguins provide a hypothermic buff and hyperthermic debuff in a very small area around them - wiki info. Maybe this area is VEEEEEEEEEEERY small?..

And what about overheat?

less than 6 dtgrees - cold for baby bear, minus health. Could help some campfires. But every 2 degrees under +6 - need 1-2 campfires. And if there will be a cold front outside, where temperature may be -50 and even -80 - your baby-bear will dye, cause i have no idea, how many campfires you must have to heat him. More than +20 dergees - overheat, minus health. And again i have no idea how to cool a baby-bear. I tried to put him in the ocean, tried to pour water from the bucket, opened windows and doors to create a draft. I even tried to cut the bear with scissors! Nothing worked, and our little bear died from overheating -_-

It's horrible. This new system works just disgusting. More precisely, it does not work at all. How can you get out of a foreign ship if you are constantly in a hanging position? This is an extremely strange and unfortunate decision, in my opinion. Question number 2: how can young creatures be raised, if in average temperatures a storm can be -81 degrees, and in the afternoon at +20 do the same bear cubs have overheating? There is no air conditioning, as in the ARK, and water does not give any cooling effect! (I checked) I really like this game, but such situations lead me to despair.
