    We are having the same issue on our server non official PVE. But shouldn't this be in the bug reports?
  2. Just figured out the issue. Looks like our server did not update all the way. If you are having this issue check your server version.

  5. https://imgur.com/a/bYMuv0h So I was setting up for a video and I noticed something strange. These are the same ship with just different sails. Look how much that arrow jumps from one ship to the other. Not 100% sure what to do with this info just yet but it is interesting.
  6. OMG are you serious? They must be taking notes from Bathesda on game coding. So what about people that can't run the game at 60fps I guess they are still able to cheat.
  7. Battleye is forcing the game to run at 60fps even though I have edited the ini files to lock the game at 30 which works fine on my private server not running battleye. I can't even run the command t.maxfps. When I do it goes to 30fps for about a half second then right back to 60. I even went into my graphics cards settings and set the frame rate to adaptive half refresh (which would be 30 fps) and freaking battleye even bypasses that. This is total BS I should have control over my frame rate. Does anyone know a way around this? Devs if you see this give us control of our frame rate. The fact that battleye even bypasses my settings made on a graphics card level is so intrusive it makes me want to abandon official server play.
  8. I can't lock my fps no matter what I do. Edit ini, t.maxfps nothing works on officials. I even have a program that is supposed to lock it on the graphics card level and that does not even lock it. That is kinda BS that it can bypass graphics card level software. However the edit I made to the ini files seems to work just fine on unoffical servers not running battle eye. So it looks like somehow battle eye is forcing the game to be stuck at 60fps. Anyone know how to bypass that.

All of you posting this is how it works you have no proof and its almost impossible to prove unless you team up with another group unclaim a section of your territory, let them claim it then wait 3 days and run tests. Has anyone done this? If you have not then its just a theory. That is exactly why I asked you in big red letters not to post theories because without proof that's all it is. It's all stuff we have heard before. I've also heard that the 3 day thing is a one off, that tames don't count, that tames do count, sleepers don't count, they do count, and a load of other stuff that people just assume. @BONEDANCER I'm not entitled. WE are entitled as community. Second no one is going to figure it out because apparently its a convoluted broken mess. I have seen 100 people say 100 different things. No one has the slightest clue and no one has any actual proof. Maybe you should consider trying to actually contribute something to the community instead of making post trying to start arguments. Oh and here is an example of them explaining mechanics in the patch notes. So yea... - Changed how custom blueprints are crafted for STACKABLE items when they're given a stat roll:> If a stackable item is crafted from the same blueprint and you already have an item crafted from that blueprint in your inventory, it will stack on that pre-existing item and not receive a different Intelligence Stat Bonus.> If you want a different roll from the same blueprint, you must make sure that you do not have an item which was crafted from that same BP in your inventory (stated or non)> This means that you can keep rolls by keeping the item in your inventory when crafting from the BP, even if you do not have the level of intelligence required to get the crafting bonus. Alternatively, you can remove the stated item from your inventory to get a new roll from the BP.
  10. We need someone from grapeshot to give an official explanation on the full mechanics of how land claiming works on both PVE and PVP. We can not find bugs and report them to you if we do not have a detailed understanding of how land claiming works. For example how is it I can camp a spot for 4 days and every time I try to steal land on pve it says it has had recent upkeep but yet a location I claimed gets stolen from me even though I visited it the same day it got stolen? Why do some locations say recent upkeep and others allow you to try to steel but just read contested the whole time after you place a flag? Then other times they can actually be stolen? This is not the place for them. This is a petition for and official breakdown of the mechanics. So unless you work for Grapeshot we don't want to know how you think the mechanics work.
  11. Autolock all structures in 'PvE only' with an inventory, except campfires and similar structures which can be placed without a claimflag. Unofficial Servers can run this with PvE enabled & ?ForceAllStructureLocking=true Latest patch notes. You can say what you want about WC but they do listen to the people playing their game.
  12. Many of the containers do have a pinless lock system on them. The ship resource box and the large chest are locked by default. Also, ship resource box holds a stupid amount of resources. Please note I'm not arguing that they need to fix things because they do, I'm just stating that there are workarounds.
  13. All I know is we play on NA PVE and we have not had a single issue with this. All of our stuff is locked up. Not to mention if that is the case if they are getting in through windows and stuff then just put the stuff in a ship storage box or a large storage box both of which are locked by default. Grab the stuff you need, craft, then put the leftovers back. The ship storage box holds thousands of goods and can be placed on a foundation. And don't get me wrong I get what you are saying and I agree bugs need to be fixed but you are playing an alpha game. You have to realize that and find workarounds until they get time to fix the bugs that you are having issues with. And I sound cocky and arrogant because of all this just seems to be common sense to me. But maybe I just play too many broken a$$ games.
  14. Is it really that hard to put your crafting stations in a building and keep the door shut? Step 1) Build a large box Step 2) Give it a single small door Step 3) Put your crafting stations in it Problem solved. I'm American and I would have robbed you as well. #pirate
  15. Yea I think it would be nice to have the option to trade for goods or gold. For example, if I have 10 copper for trade I could post it in my shop for 10 iron or 50 gold. But something is definitely needed. Because right now all we got is the honor system and that's just not good.
