Why all the rage about wipes when EVERYONE should now know from now until release( almost 2 years away) wipes are possible. "QQ I will quit if they wipe." means nothing when you have been notified well in advance it could happen at anytime if needed.

Yes, it is the same button. If you have the compass hid it will hide the cosmetics.

Either way it is working as intended. If you do not want them building on your settlement, then you have to do the work and be diligent in removing anything they build in the allowed time.

That is for PvP it it only affects mortars and cannons during non raid/war times. It doesnt stop any other building.

Atlas is not based on Earth pirates. It is not from the 1700s.

That is the only time the rename function works is when you did not name it. Once named you can not use the rename.

the passive gain without rain for water barrels was not intended. That is what was fixed.

Water barrel was bugged before and has been fixed. it was in the PTR notes.
- Water Barrels now correctly gain water when unstasising, if the grid has experienced rain in that time.

Decay to structure on lawless has not been added yet. Repair structure never existed since it was for the claimless PvE servers. They 4 day timer is the same 4 day activity demo timer. Structure decay will be added along with the 4 day timer.

The reason it will be a PTR is because it is going to wipe. Test, wipe(repeat as needed), then goes to live server hopeful wipe will not be needed for a while.

They need different feedback for PvP and PvE colonie claims they have different rulesets. need feedback for each.

The reason everyone is so confused is that there are 2 ptr plans - the one we're expecting today, and then a permanent one to be set up later, and they never specify which one they're talking about. I think half of what people are quoting might be about the later ptr.
They have been real clear in discord that the PTR, that should be opening today, will be pvp colonies.

a node has a fixed amount before you harvest it. the buffs only affect the per "tick" of harvesting, it does not increase the total.
