You can change your hair color with dyes. I believe you can craft them, but not sure if the cooking pot method from Ark is the same in Atlas to make the dyes. Edit: You can also unlock different hairstyles, I don't have enough info on what is required or where to find them.

The menu bar is supposed to follow you (stick to the top of the page) as you scroll down the site, if that is what you're referring to.
