You need Maize/Wheat for cooking too, haven't found any yet.

Basically, you need all of the following to keep stabilized: Vegetable (Oregano, Parsley, Turmeric, etc.) Cooked Meat (Pig, Horse, Wolf, etc.) Fruit (Blackberries, Coconuts, etc.) Cooked Fish Water (Craft a canteen of sorts, and you can get fresh water from waterfalls and other sources). Additional Note: You can overeat. If you overeat, your health will begin to decline from that as well.

I finallllly got out of it, after expending my energy like 100x. My husband placed a campfire which allowed me to launch out between the rocks. It was pretty awful.

I'm stuck in a series of three of rocks, and it rubberbands me down whenever I try to get out.

While this feature seems like a cool thing (we stay in the world persistently, awesome!) unfortunately it's taxing the servers quite a bit. Last night I was playing smooth as butter but when I logged in this morning, the assets couldn't make heads or tails of itself so they wouldn't load properly, and there were TONS of sleeping bodies all over the ground which was causing extreme rubberbanding. It took me about 10 minutes to reach the water, and then another 15 minutes to effectively drown so I could start over. Is it possible that we could take this sleeping body feature out, at least for the start of this game? It's causing all sorts of mayhem and tomfoolery!

Correct, the official servers are currently down while they're investigating some connection issues.

My husband and I are probably going to start off as a duo, and then find a company to join. At that point, I assume we'd be playing together and at times with others.

I agree it would be great to have a place for the RP community to hang out, post stories, screenshots, etc. Hear hear!

I plan to RP as well. For now, I'll be on the NA-PvE server until we see some RP unofficial servers pop up. I kept looking for an Altas RP community but never came across any. If someone knows of one, I'd love to see/join it! Looking to see more info/join up with an RP-oriented company too.

Looking forward to getting into the world of Atlas, getting started on crafting and gathering (my favorite part of these games). Hoping to find a good RP-oriented Company to join up with (NA-PvE). Guess we'll see how long it takes to get back in!

Most people usually just go through Steam for a refund. It's less messy. Usually, chargebacks incur permanent bans from companies, so if you plan to ever buy something from these guys again in the future, chances are you'd be out of luck.

I was perusing the Companies page and thought it might be useful if a filter could be added to show the different server types. NA: PvP NA: PvE EU: PvP EU: PvE This would allow people to actually find companies that would pertain to where they're playing. Also, perhaps tags could be added for things like, "PvE, Naval Combat, Base Building, Role Play, etc."

Arr, but what if yeh don't like ya hair blowin' in the winds. What if yeh prefer it tied back? Yeh get me?

Stepping away from the server and download issues... I've only been able to get in a slight bit (to Character Creator) before I got kicked. I noticed that we only seem to have the one hairstyle in which to change the length of (no length of which is really attractive at all, let's just be honest). Wondering if in time or in-game there will be alternative options for hairstyles? Thanks!
