It all started with the ship of the damned getting stuck between my shipyard and another players shipyard that has left the area. Then I got close to it to see what happened. I got close and accidentally hit it and it started to shoot my sloop that I had just finished and was ready to go explore. It stopped after a while and half my ship was gone. No problem, annoying but my own fault. While I was reparing my ship, the server went down. When I got back, the ship was no longer stuck but almost immediately it started to do barrel rolls and got stuck on its side in another drydock. This time next to my raft. No problem I thought...I kept making new stuff to my ship.
Now a player attacked the damned ship and it started once again to attack my ship. I was obviously confused and panicked. I told him to stop and eventually he did. While I was away and got me some materials the ship got unstuck. The ship had now moved a bit and was stuck upright between another shipyard and some rafts. Now another player showed up (Dovah Games) and started to hit the ship. I told him to stop but he did not. I got a bit mad and might have written a bad word or two...and he got to the other side of the ship standing on a raft and kept hitting the damned ship that attacked my sloop/shipyard this time also for some reason. I said I would report him if he does not stop. After a little while he did stop and said some stuff about reporting and my user name Kudden. I got up on land and the ship killed me. I got back and heard the ship shooting. Now it attacked buildings on land and then a raft in the water. It was Dovah that hid behind the houses and the raft. The raft was destroyed and he moved to someones shipyard next to mine and the damned ship continued to attack. At that point Insegt above asked for the players name and I wrote that and I also recorded the last 10 minutes of gameplay. Almost immediately after that Dovah died I think, because the damned ship destroyed my shipyard. Dovah then tried to get the damned ship to shoot at my raft. I had enough and took my raft and left.

I have several videos with the damned ship stuck and Dovah Games exploiting the situation. I am so sad and frustrated now. I play solo and I have been trying my best since release day to get somewhere. I have had to start over many times because of bugs and systems you have in place. And now 27 hours of play time I am essentially back where I started because a damned ship keep attacking someone even hours later when other people attack it. And players exploit this and destroys all my hard work. All those hours just gone. I don't know what to do to be honest. I love the game and I want to play. But how am I supposed to come anywhere and keep the motivation to play when the game do everything it can to make me stop. I have very little money to spend on games and I still chose Atlas after being with you guys since the start when you released Ark.
And this post will probably be forgotten and nothing will happen. It really makes me feel sad and helpless. If this was any other mmo, the player would be banned immediately and I would be compensated in game for what I lost. But it will never happen with Atlas. One reason might be because so many players probably have had this problem also. But that does not help me at all.
