Ally was able to place flag right on the green claim line working as intended? Thank goodness i didn't build a base there it would not be my base anymore, it wont even show as my land there flag overwritten my flag claim so now my flag is useless. i have no clue how there going to fix something like this without some major changes.

one flag won't cut it as of now if your flag/base gets overlapped by someones flag they will own your base u need at least 9 flags with base in middle so u dont lose your base from overlapping there's a lot more that needs to be done than just 1 flag per person

as of right now u need a minimal 9 flags with your base in the middle so you don't get overlapped and lose everything. this is a big issue, the claim system most likely be majorly reworked at some point.

i did one last night took around 10 hours in the middle of the night.. im nervous to build there not to sure if flags are working right yet. i keep all my stuff on lawless for now correct me if i'm wrong, but flags have a 3 day timer and lawless has 4 day timer? if that's right imma stick to lawless for awhile lol

i went through this last night took me around 8-10 hours i got lucky in the end it was late and not to many ppl showed up. but yeah contesting is not for the faint of heart be prepared to stand there for a minimum of 6 hours and pray no one comes mess with you. i will never try to contest land again lol

yeah its a random person just running by different company i didn't see anyone with the same company name no white timer just red declaiming 6 hours. edit i can do show enemy contesters and it puts yellow swords on them my flag is green swords the other flag is slowing going down. i dunno maybe im not to sure on how contesting works yet

yeah anyone running by gives my flag a 20 sec cooldown and resets the other flag to 6 hours. this can't be right

the flag next to me had 4 hours on it i dropped a flag down a few mins later a rando ran by and added a hour to the timer then a bunch of ppl showed up and my flag was contested they stayed for about 30 mins then left. my flag was able to start over and the declaim timer reset to 6 hours. this is going to be an endless battle lol

took my schooner out for a joy ride lagged off and two lvl 20 sods spawn and sunk it. then riding a tamed bear it bugged out underground and is gone.. all in all great day

But then your at the hands of the player/owner might as well play on unofficial. game is feeling more like a landlords & tents sim lol i dont want to login one day to find the owner got mad at someone and removed everything from everyone or the server gets laggy and has to evict players

Conan did something like 1 hour timers on pillars and foundations that cleaned up there servers so much. they could easily do something like that. not saying that's what they should but it's an option.

i've been to many islands lawless and claim lands, most players i seen on claim lands is about 10 to 20 players 20 being rare mostly i see 5 to 10 on claim lands and on lawless lands i see 50 to 100 players.. when i visit claim land some are welcoming and most want u off there island and follow u around waiting for u to drop a flag, when i ask about building on there land there rules are pretty strict only allowed to build a 5X5 house etc etc with 30% tax they have to do nothing to help they can at least provide safety while you get a foothold but i don't see that happening. i found a spot to claim yesterday very small and i got walled off last night 3 players sleeping on my boat, think there trying to get the lions to destroy the bed and very hateful messages on the flag... i talk to someone there and they're pissed i didn't ask before placing one flag on THERE island and said they will do anything to get rid of my flag so lol i don't even know lol i can't build there the two small paths that lead inland got walled off so im sol on that island the claim servers run flawless and i think the owners want to keep it that way by not letting players build there. if i owned an island that's what i would want minimal players/buildings to keep the server running good.. i went to one claim land and someone seen me and in chat he said... there's a guy running around get to your flags follow him!! lol yeah i just left that server.... there's a ton of servers with barely anyone on them while most are on laggy packed lawless lands this is just feels wrong and very unbalanced Edit O and now it seems were being forced off lawless to go beg for a spot and pay taxes... yay!... Islands are way to small and everyone wants a beach spot.

went to a different island found one flag i could steal but theres a 6 hour declaiming timer. there's no white timer on the flag nobody around. don't know why some are different im getting 5 min 15 min 5 hour declaiming timers edit got green swords above flag

Ok i declaimed in 5 -6 mins and 10 mins for my flag to claim. everything in my flag area is now mine lol seems i own a big build and a small one and a large ship dock now hmm my one any only flag lets see how long it last lol WTS one flag spot infested with lions lol but dat red tho lol

found a flag kinda by itself not much red crossing into it declaiming in 5 mins... its all jacked up lol
