If a landowner doesn't want you to be there you wont live there... you are missing the actual issue here. It is not about people living on your land that want to live in peace... its a HUGE HOLE IN SECURITY FOR EVERYONE ON THAT ISLAND.... all because you kids can't think of a bigger picture... other than I WANT... typical millennial participation trophy rhetoric .

Empires = my shit is harder to raid, but vulnerable when im offline and there is no limit to how much I can have..... Colonies = my shit is easier to raid, but I am protected for 14 hours a day.... or I gotta foundation spam the entire island and block resources. Both are retarded as hell. Personally I'd rather have the old system with a cap on how many flags you can drop... instead of this dumb crap with people being able to build on your island.... Ex #1: Some random dude moves into my basement uninvited... I ask him to leave and he says no and moves in more crap.... I get fed up and I have to pay for the movers to get all his crap out... but he killed my dog in retaliation. ( I have to waste tons of resources to kill their entire presence on the island, all the while maintaining the island and global politics. ) The landlord gets no benefit from this... I can't believe you can't see how big of a security risk it is to a "landowner" for anyone being able to build... Ex #2: I'm a big company I want to grief poor small island because I'm bored. I bring my force land on island encountering either foundation spam or no foundation spam. Either way I destroy the one foundation, insta build be a huge land base to stack supplies, and shoot mortars from... all the while being protected with my ability to build... bye bye small sweet company. Ex #3: I'm big bad mega corp bored, come to island that I can't build on at all... have to fight tooth and nail against good structure defenses, and the small corp was able to live another day due to strategic advantage.... or I completely overwhelm poor defenses and take the island... and "EARNED IT". Why aren't more people not talking about this idiocy... is the population really that low that no one cares?

So I have tested, you cannot remove anything someone builds... you have to destroy it. On top of this... someone can come on your island... put down a foundation and put a cannon down no problem.... this is hands down retarded... before I could claim my island and they couldnt build shit unless they took a claim.. now anyone can fuckin build and put down cannons ... (in a 9 hour window).... like realllly?

I'll test it as soon as I can, but the cannon thing doesnt really matter so long as there are cannon mounts... someone on your land you dont want there or have bad blood with after a falling out could cause a lot of damage with this rule set.

huh, One you have island point max of 200.... so your alliance can have 2-3 grids at max. pleaseplay the game or understand more about it before posting thanks.

Seroiusly Devs can we get a response here... If you own an island only people you allow to build there should be able to build...... this has to be the dumbest oversight i have ever seen.

Everyone can build 24/7 on your island. Island owners cannot demolish anything built by a non-company member. In combat phase 9 hours of of the day anyone can build cannons and whatever else they want on your island. ANYONE can build cannons... EG: why the hell does it matter if I stop my allies from putting down cannons during peacetime... when they can just wait and put cannons up during combat? ( did you guys even use your head on this? ) Structures are a luxury of the defender and should not be something an attacker gets... this is a completely fucked system and needs to be changed ASAP. So we are clear. You mad a mechanic to please forums nerds that don't play your game. This mechanic is... Anyone can build anywhere... I am guessing this was to allow solos, smalls, and noobs play the game right? Wrong land owner is gonna see this... wait till peace time or not wait and just utterly destroy that place.... The only thing this mechanic does is make it easier to attack the island....

This was the most utter pile of shit thought of the game I have seen yet... One this isn't an MMORPG... its a Sandbox game... get fuckin RPG out of your head. Thanks. Two the comparing anything about this game to Sea of Thieves tells me everything I need to know about you...

ITs still confusing... it also doesnt fuckin tell you how to change build allowance... Anyone can build on your shit at anytime, and you can't do shit about it.... what in the actual fuck.
