Hey! Can you post your system specs, It might be an issue with your hardware being outdated or a harddrive that needs formatting. I've also done some research, and have come up with a possible solutions, can you try running steam as an administrator. It might also help if you let the freeze just happen and see if after 5-10 minutes it got through to the server.

I've also posted this on your youtube comment but will also post it here; There still persists a server issue on where the servers will load in assets very slow causing your machine to decrease performance. as soon as this will be fixed you will see a jump in performance.

Hello All! As you might have seen, the game is not very optimized. I've made a video on how you can increase your fps / performance inside of the game. There also is a problem with servers where if they get under heavy load they will lock any clients connected to 255 ping causing your textures and server information being loaded very slow also decreasing your performance.
