Bottom Island of H4 is officially theirs... Finally found a peaceful place and this happens...

Every Island beyond the freeports is infested with crocs and snakes. if it was one or two of each or the further you when from freeports the worse it got, it wouldn't be a problem. But it seems every island is teaming with crocs and other praetors. Anyone know why or another way to solve this?
