  1. Okey thank you Do you know if the other people used their Old Servergrid.json and imported the File in the newer Version of the ServerGridEditor and simply Exported it again? So that you don't need to change something you know ^^.
  2. So all our Stuff is away and we have to start again or can we replace the Islands on the Grids? Because not all Islands are effected. We are using the Atlas Server Control (ASC) for our Server. Is it possible that we only can replace the effected Islands and then play normaly again or shoud we delete the whole json and create a new one.
  3. We updated our Server to the newest Version last night and on our Main Island we saw that the Ground from the Island is missing. Many Islands have no Ground but not every Island. What should I do?
  4. We also had the Same Problem with the Map. We imported the ServerGrid.json to ASC and go to ServerGrid Editor. There we saw the full Map. (Maybe you have to open it over Project and then Open). If it is fully Open you need to Pick a water tile (see Attachments). There is only one .png when you click on "Pick water tile". If you forget this Step your Map background (Water) ingame is black. After that you can also turn off the Island Names or other Stuff. If this is finished you click on Export and Export Only Map Image and Only Cell Image. Create a Folder on your Desktop and Export the Files in this Folder. After that you have a MapImg.jpg and CellImg_*-*.jpg (For each Grid one File). DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THESE .jpg Export also All if you have done changes to your Grid. Goto your Atlas Server directory and then ShooterGame. In this Folder, you need to copy the Folder called "ServerGrid" and the "ServerGrid.json" and "ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json" from your Exports. After that you into the Folder ServerGrid and then Copy and Paste all CellImg.jpg and MapImg.jpg in it. Then is the Map should work ingame. (Of course you need to restart the Server) This fixed our Problem with the Map and it worked well. Sorry for my bad english i'm a german guy ^^. If you still having Problems then reply to this Post.
  5. After updating to the Version 0.1.7 our Server B1 and B2 are not starting correctly. It showing No RCON.   6. Hello, After some Updates we have a problem with our own Server. Everyone can't drop Items with Letter "O". The Only way to "drop" Items is to put them in a Locker. Has somebody a Idea?
  7. After adding more Grids (2x2 to 3x3) the new Server starting normaly but saying NO RCON. But every Server has a diffrent RCON Port. So what's the Problem?

  9. Does anyone know why on Linux Servers the Ping is so High? We have a Server in Germany with 1Gbit Up/Down. Server has also 64GB and 12 Cores. @Rob
  10. We created an Linux Server but the Ping ingame is over 100 every Time. Network connection is not the Problem. Maybe because of the Linux files? @Rob
  11. Now Server has an Update and I get this Error Signal 11 caught. EngineCrashHandler: Signal=11 Segmentation fault (core dumped) What does it mean? @Rob
