Have tried low and epic, all it seems to do on my PC is change the look. On low was getting 50-60 FPS, on epic still getting 50-60 FPS but it looks good. Same as the setting in Ark, they seem to do nothing to performance.

Exactly.................... they have had 4 years working with Ark and the SAME engine it runs on yet somehow a cut and paste with some extra skins it is nowhere near Ark. 1 They should know the engine well enough to have seen and fixed many more bugs than we are seeing. Small bugs ok, so be it but we are seeing game killing bugs like the one where you grind for 8 hours and die from whatever, have to make new character and start from ZERO instead of just re spawning. ( NOT on a Hardcore / Permadeath server ) 2 With it pretty much being a cut and paste ( I'm fine with that as it's a new adventure ) I fail to see how it's NOT running like Ark. You do see how if someone or in this case a bunch of people work with the same tools for years they will/should become better at working with said tools and if they strip a couple things off and or add a couple things the base of the project should still work the same ...... Maybe you don't.

I know it's a company for sure. They need to make money and what a way to do it CASH GRAB. as for " Learn what EA is before complaining about it " I have clearly shown you DON"T know what it as you thought this game was NOT EA " This is in no way the same as early access. Sweet, I'm developing a new car right now, it is based on the Reliant Robin but I'm going to paint it with a different color and take away a wheel. I'm selling it as a development model so feel free to throw your hard earned at it. I did NOT claim I have been miss sold something that hasn't even been finishes yet at all. I'm happy to work through some things in a game but this thing should be either still at a stage where they HAVEN"T released it in EA or it should be way further ahead of where it is seeing as it's using so much of the Ark game.

I know full well what EA is and what I'm getting into. I know there will be bugs, I know there will be problems but this probably the worst EA I've been a part of and would suggest that they should NOT have released this even in EA yet. The word on the street is " CASH GRAB " Blindly defend them all you want, go for it. Do you know what EA is???????? IT"S BEING SOLD AS EARLY ACCESS and therefore must be EA or they are liable for selling something that is not what they claim it to be , oh wait that's pretty much what they are doing anyway...... Looks very much like a copy and paste thing going on here mate, even have Ark folders in the Atlas game folder, At best it's a reskin with a couple extra things added and things taken out. Same engine that they have been working with for years and still don't seem to know how to use it. I get that you are ok with throwing $$$ at a product that doesn't work ( that's ok that's your right ) But would you be happy to throw money for a new car that doesn't run properly ???????? Oh the salesman says " it's ok you can't deal with it for a while and we will fix it one day "

Reskinned old NON MMO................................that they somehow have made worse

Why should it take another 2 years????? IT'S Ark RESKINNED and somehow they have made it worse. ( It's should work and run the same as Ark ) Ark is playable and fun, this reskin is NOT ready for EA. It was meant to be Ark DLC but they realized too many people had season passes and they would make no extra $$$$$ for xmas and the holidays, so they slapped this together for a cash grab

It's a re-skin of Ark and runs so bad with not enough servers on launch. HOW could it run so bad when it's the same game but with a re-skin??????? EVGA 2080 core i7 6700K 32gig Ram and yet only get 16 fps on some islands ( when you can even get in ) Ark runs in the 90s fps on epic For the people that will jump on the EA excuse................ OLD game that's been re-skined so NOT an new EA ( even has some of the same folders as ark in the new Atlas game folder )

He will be dead in minuets, pretty sure he hasn't got hacks for this game yet
