UPDATE
So, I decided to start again and create a new character, thinking maybe it was a bug at lvl 18.
nope. It is a bug on the skills page. Even on a new character moving to the skills page crashes the game.

So I’ve come across a bug I believe.
i can not access the second page on inventory screen now without it crashing. Also, when I try and level up 18-19 after I choose which attribute to pick, it tries to take me to the skill page and crashes.
Recent things I have done that perhaps contribute to recreating.

Built a medium shipyard quite a way off but still on the same island.
