When I Look NPC Crew Member Game Crushes

I found the problem. Atleast for me. From this path Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Content\Localization I deleted all languages except "en" After open game and without any problem i hired the crew.

Im playing from PC but found the solution. Different languages making problem. I deleted all languages from this path Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Content\Localization except "en". After this I able to hire crew without any problem.
NPC Crew Bug- Fatal Error

When i try to buy crew from port, game is crashing. Same as when i sink ghost ship and rescue crew in the sea. A fatal error. I looked everywhere, every sites, people shared this fatal error 1 year ago too and still no solution. Why ignore this problem?
