    I have been banned on this game for three years, I've raised tickets before that never got answered. How do I see info on my ban and assume duration is permanent. I walled off my island in pve but not sure where in the rules it says this isn't allowed. If I could get any feedback on this, really just want the ban removed from my steam profile for aesthetic reasons.
