You should be able to "sail" enemy ships.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested already, but you should be able to sail enemy ships. 

It would basically fix the claiming system, for ships!

 

More specifically,  I think it would be great if you could use/control enemy ship steering wheel and sails, so that if someone leaves their ship, or you just board there ship and battle them on high seas, you could take their ship, destroy their beds, sail it away and make it yours!

More on specifics if this gets implemented, maybe also make sails and steering wheels pick up-able any time, this would also make it so you can change sail types for different purposes on your ship. 

With how it currently is, you pretty much cant steal ships, and stealing ships SHOULD be part of a pirate game!

I have a different idea. If you are interested, I already made a post for that

But I really like the idea of taking other peoples ships. It would make the fights more interesting because you never know how it will end. Right now its pretty damn sure that one ship will sink.
