The only negative feedback are from the Zerg companies that ran everyone out of the game.

Not gonna use names, but one Company had over 1600 claims, was continuing to take islands for no reason and couldn't even use them.... perfect isn't it?  Why would anyone ever want to change this?  My god the devs are destroying the game by thinking up ways to fix something like this...

This community... especially the ones on these forums... are probably the worst I have ever seen.  

 

Eve has been around for way over a decade... they have siege timers... they work.  Other games have offline similar systems... if you are going to have an international community or even if you are not... offline protection is a must in this type of game.  

The mega-zerg Companies need to get with the program and realize that their perfect grief meta isn't gonna be so easy this time around... its gonna take time and effort that these mountain dew cheeto eating twerps can't commit this go-round.

It is mainly the Ark player base that is pure cancer.

Ark is made of players that want to pvp but cant hack it on pvp games.

If youve ever tried it you quickly realize the pvp there is devoid of ANY skill recognition whatsoever. If you have a higher level tame, or higher numbers , you win. 

If you figure out when the enemy is sleeping and attack , you win. There is no reward for skill, no incentive to do anything but mass recruit and offline zerg.

To an Ark player, this is actually skill lol. To a real pvper, its cancer.

When normal people log into a game and realize that this is the end game they log out in disgust.

Pvpers want to compete . 

This wipe is a chance for them to stop catering to one of the saddest playerbase in the industry. 

Hopefully they get it right. Maybe some pvp MMO fans will give it a second shot.

Another good direction would be putting a limit on fast travel . At least cap it within a zone or maybe to only on boat beds and freezone  or something.
