What is the point of the game if i don't have crews under my direct command ? I don't have 20+ real life slave to help with manning all the cannon .

You're not forced to use NPC's > Friends/Company but if you feel that the aimbot is "forcing" you to use NPC's then the problem is clear. It's not the NPC, its the reaction time & accuracy of the NPC's. Nerf them?
