Low players High server ping, NEED HELP

25players online and 200+ server ping.

To sail through this region takes longer then sailing through 4 other regions without lag.

Pathing of animals is even worse here. Can kill a lion with my fist without getting hit(easy kill or tame if you can also hit the bola without taming pen)
tamed animals wont even follow you. takes forever for the animal to start moving to you or it walks past by you.

anyone got any tips how to fix this?

It's a server issue. Was having the same issue last night on the server I am playing on. We had 60 ish people on and the ping was jumping between 120 to 200+ constantly the entire time I was on. The other day I was getting consistently low ping and it was buttery smooth. Not sure if this is due to a recent patch or what but it is definitely noticeable.

I am losing mind for same exact reason.

Problem is with server tick rate.

But devs will rather add a magic submarine. Than fix core issues with the game.

this is actually been going on for atleast 2weeks now. Before the ping didnt went above 200 until like 100players were on it.
Since 4 days ago it became worse and worse. More and more people are leaving the region and starting on others but the lag is only getting worse
