Island for NPC Vendors

Does anyone know the island in the grid editor that can be added to a custom map that would have the NPC vendors on land? I have all of the PVE islands and a bunch of the others for 6 regions and none have NPC vendors. This is a custom 3x2 server cluster so I just need the island name so it can be added.

Personally verified Cay_K_TR_E, Cay_H_WR_E, Mnt_L_CH_E, and Mnt_J_WT_E are all freeports with vendors!

@TruWrecks There's a whole bunch of different freeport islands. Generally speaking, they offer different starting resources but it doesn't matter which one you choose.

Jiren's list there is the most complete one I'm aware of. We used Mnt_O, I think, which was a pretty cool mountainous one with a massive idol on top of it, visible from miles around.

Edit: Generally speaking, the 'E' variant islands are all freeports.

How do we set the islands as freeport ? 

The ferryman does not have them listed.
