About these "power stones" the endgame of ATLAS...

Every person every streamer is just running around naked, spawned on these locations with the lawless before patch and got them all or mostly all...

Is there any possibility to put on your big developer pants on and actually implement some sort of MMORPG elements which this game was sold as, and instead of making it a super "run naked until you get it", turn it into some sort of progressive questline where you have to go somewhere with your friends and do some dialog and then kill some stuff or find some stuff and obtain the oh so powerful power stones?

I'm just curious, what is happening with these dumbass naked runs to collect the power stones can't possibly be what you guys intended was it? please tell me this wasn't your grand vision of quests in this game.
