I've found blackberries and figured out how to get water, but my health isn't going back up and neither is stamina. This leaves me kinda screwed. What do I need to do? Anyone know? Darbii Rue 6 Posted December 23, 2018 (edited) Basically, you need all of the following to keep stabilized: Vegetable (Oregano, Parsley, Turmeric, etc.) Cooked Meat (Pig, Horse, Wolf, etc.) Fruit (Blackberries, Coconuts, etc.) Cooked Fish Water (Craft a canteen of sorts, and you can get fresh water from waterfalls and other sources).
