Looking for oil nodes

I see other types of oil listed other than fish oil.  Has anyone seen these harvestable nodes, and what do they look like?  I'd be interested in whichever ones spawn in the tundra/polar biome.

In Ark oil is a mostly underwater resource. Wouldn't be surprised if for at least some of the oil variants its true here as well. Speaking of which, how do you even get your hands on diving gear? Is it in the game yet, need to be unlocked, because I have armor and don't see it in there. Is it accessible only through blueprints? Anyone know perchance?

Sorry to go on a tangent, but in eastern temperate fish oil is all we've seen.

It's attached to the diving rig. Schooner and larger ships can have a diving platform attachment added to the deck, you put oil in the compressor on the diving platform to power it, activate the platform and you'll automagically put on a diving suit. It's not crafted anywhere and it's automatically put back once you stop using the platform.
