Possible near future ?

anyway in the near future we could possibly get access to the whole map as one server for small amounts of people seems like it would be doable with the exception of limits to lvl  for freeports cause that would limit lvl for entire map .

What makes you think it would be doable?  The amount of server power to run an entire 15x15 grid is astronomical...

Taking the zones / grids out  1 server whole map for small groups of people  the official servers are  gridded to 225  servers to handle player load  along with  spawns ect ect so more people can be apart of the Same world .Spawns would have to be slowed and number decreased .
