about 2 minutes ago, I have over a year to download!!! lol... been trying to dl the update for over an hour now... wanted to get on and turn the flag option to company only for this update before all the island settlers eat up all the food and gold....

PLEASE, please can you fix the quick slot items not loading in when logging on? Anything Journeyman or higher do not load into the quick slot and I need to move my spyglass into each slot to load them into the bar. Double clicking them or even trying to drag them onto the bar does not work. We ended up losing 2 crewmen this evening after the patch because I was unable to QUICKLY access my guns in order to kill the bull and elephant that were attacking our crew. This is the type of things that need fixing, not giving us a cat that catches mice and rats. Thank you for your time.

Hey, I get it that you guys want to make the game playable and fix all the bugs.... BUT... doing patches every few hours because a bola releases the animal a few seconds early???? Why cant you just do a lump sum patch once a night at a specific time per night... that way, the people who are playing YOUR game, the ones PAYING your salary can actually play the game and not have to sit for the 20 minutes or so it takes for the patch to load in.... just to get kicked off after another hour or two because of another issue that can be fixed in a larger patch done once a night? Doesn't it make sense to keep the players you still have happy by patching at a specific time so people can plan their actions and not get caught in the middle of a tame, or out at sea during a battle... or whatever else can cause problems for individuals who get caught because of these unplanned and poorly timed patches? Its almost to the point you cant do anything anymore because the patch that is supposed to happen in 15 minutes is now 30 minutes late... and may happen at any time between then and an hour from now.... all I'm asking for is some consistency in when they are done... I think everyone who still plays this game would appreciate it.

My company had an area that we were building on, and another company, Mario Bros. started building on top of our location when we removed an item to rebuild. We left it in peace because we did not want to have any troubles. Today, 6/15/19 the company Mario Bros. member -z- -m- specifically, was trying to get us to remove our floor block so they can take over our spot. We were willing to let them take an area on the other side of our lighthouse, but he got upset and demanded we remove our base. They then proceded to place many signs around our base, and along the edges, saying.... game over. We noticed that one of our company ships was then "swallowed" up by two of their ships... I am now unable to leave our ship because I am glitched inside their ship on our ship. The owner of our ship is unable to access or move their ship and they were very upset that we are being griefed like this... cheat TP K4 250127 -278998 64 Please help soon.. I am about to die and I have made all new equipment and don't want to lose it. Thank you, Grimgarwald
