started level 1, got invite back into company etc, 3x xp means levelling is not an issue, hopefully they can give me back the discovery and feats somehow but from what i have heard, they do not care I seriously cannot believe this is not a priority to them!

happened to me 2 days ago, no response, seems they do not care, i rolled a new character but now have no feats and all the imprinted animals no longer count, top service!

I died, game crashed and now my character is gone? apparently its left the company and just gone? submitted a ticket 24 hours ago and nothing? is there something i can do?
