  1. Yes what you want to do is go to ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Saved, and create a new folder called NewMapImagesCache Do not delete the other MapImagesCache In that folder copy the whole 851759668 folder (from MapImagesCache) and put it into NewMapImagesCache Do note that you have to do this without having Atlas loaded. It was discovered that if you put ''New'' infront of the folder, the engine will refresh it's settings and search for a new path (in this case the map images)
  2. Wasn't me iv been spending most of the day with one of our server admin testing. I had deleted and redownloaded the map images, deleted and rebuilt the save folder and eventually a reinstall of the game with no result he did further checks himself whilst pulling his hair out and found this worked. So iv shared it in the hope it helps others.
  3. Thanks goes to one of our Admins Capt Waddles who has found a way to fix the broken maps after latest round of client patches. so, after checking everywhere possible i've found and confirmed a fix for the black map issue What you want to do is go to ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Saved, and create a new folder called NewMapImagesCache Do not delete the other MapImagesCache In that folder copy the whole 851759668 folder (from MapImagesCache) and put it into NewMapImagesCache Do note that you have to do this without having Atlas loaded Tada Fixed But yea, essentially what happend is that they ''fixed'' the black map issue for official, while breaking it for unofficial. luckily i remembered that in the game engine they use if you put ''New'' infront of the folder, it will refresh it's settings and search for a new path (in this case the map images)
