They are still losing health and stamina, just not updating on client side. When HP reach zero the tame will die.

Having the same issue. Was attacking a bear with a wolf and the health was not updating. The wolf died... Also started harvesting with a bear and as the bear's weight increased it began rubber-banding as my client wanted to run faster than the server wanted to let me.

Animal weight is not updating correctly and is causing rubber-banding. When I first load in the weight is correct and riding the animal is smooth. After harvesting some resources the weight of the animal does not change and causes the rubber-banding.
