You gotta look at the flag of the land you're trying to claim. If you look at it, it'll show that its declaiming their flag and the time it'll take. I took a piece of land tonight and it took 2 1/2 hrs to declaim their flag and 10 mins for me to claim it.

Is there any way we could get the option to sort by type...example: Sort by fiber, wood, hide.

What I find amusing about this/all early access games, is folks coming in wanting to the game to be perfect from the go. Sorry folks, thats not how this works. You get bugs, you report them, you wait. If you're wanting an almost perfect game, i'd suggest uninstall and wait until the actual release comes out.
