So I'm having this problem when I launch Atlas which has been happening for a month now. It has something to do with Battleye and a setting in the nvidia drivers called Low Latency Mode with a setting of "Ultra". Using a setting of "On" or "Off" will work fine when launching the game but using "Ultra" causes the drivers to crash or something of that nature which will wipe out all the taskbar apps like teamspeak and my audio driver app. The game still loads and you can alt tab and relaunch all the programs that closed and they work fine but it is annoying to have to do that every time. I and two other players that I play with have this same issue.
Experimenting with different things I found I was able to launch Atlas with the "Ultra" setting if I chose the "Play Atlas (No Battleye)" option through steam which lead me to believe that it is a conflict with Battleye and the nvidia setting.
I have tried all the usual things like reinstalling the game and verifying game files. I have even run the latest display driver uninstaller and updated to the newest nvidia drivers with no luck.
I found a youtube video of someone that has what looks like the same problem with Battleye but it is with a different game called ARMA 3. You can see as his game launches and a lot of his taskbar apps get closed out.
