Someone told me it's in D12 can anyone verify this?

I went to a freeport in order to hire crew for my Scooner,after i hired some crew the game bugged and i couldnt hire more crewmembers from the npc,then i restarted the game to see if the bug would be fixed but the only option in the game menu is create new atlas.I tried to restart many times again but the result is the same no rejoin atlas option in the main menu.
