The people that see those islands have probably low fortitude and suffer from a heatstroke.

Seems this got fixed now, just got a head shot on a lvl 23 wolf doing 399 dmg with a green carbine and was a 1 shot kill. Can finally leave the house again.

Head shot on a lvl 3 wolf did only 147 dmg before last patch it was 300+.
