- Sugar Cane - Tropical Zones I've only seen it by water.
- Honey - Tropical/Low Desert Found randomly in some stumps
- Sugars - Tropical/Low Desert
- Syrup - Temperate Look for trees with dark red leaves.
- Gum - Equatorial Found in some trees, not all.
- Resin - Tundra Redish dark brown bushes similar to light brown cotton plants.
beat me to it. may i also suggest https://atlas.gamepedia.com/ATLAS_Wiki ... its super valuable. most newcomers don't even know about the powerstones and lvling up your max lvl with discoveries. i suggest you read up my dudes.

now that would be awesome. even if temporary. the fog does a well enough job at concealing at inopportune times.

even though you ran out of testosterone, I have not, but I would rather use it in constructive means and in the real world.
who knows you might be a nice guy in real life and just an in game. I assure you I am the opposite. I respect those that respect me but I have a tendency to fly off the handle(being in public safety has saved my a few times).
If you are waiting for some awesome and brutal pvp experience like your fight club, it simply won’t happen. Your fight club would only exist in a true mmo environment. Unless companies were completely dismantled and nothing but factions existed your dream would never come true.
your dream isn’t part of a sandbox(which I am fine with) but don’t act like that is because it would simply never happen without structure
i appreciate the rant about peaches, age, testosterone and my old fight club idea but but i was referring to fresh eyes when looking at the game, not my actual age. and an economy that would make this game worthy of long term investment. perhaps you had to many drinks and you're blinded with drunken rage at a viewpoint that is not your own but i too had a sense of wonder and excitement when i first started playing. unfortunately i've been tainted by 10 months of misdirection, bullshit and broken promises. wft happened to tarot cards?
you weren't there man. you werent there.
also, my dreams i've talked about like the fight pits, automated shipping routes and a real working economy could make this game a successful mmorpg.. you just lack vision my alcoholic friend

I mean... do you not see the sword? thats not a cutlass. is this a leak? please dont be just a skin...

And that was the rule I set for the company lol it is their responsibility to remind me when they get off. If they forget I will probably ran that damn schooner straight into an island lol
oh to be young and fresh again. the wait and lack of direction almost killed it for me. im holding the last of my hope and dreams for this game in the hands of the new lead developer and pray he comes thru and knocks it out of the park. this game needs a real mmo economy and that should be the number 1 priority imo. even ahead of optimising and thats a huge one all in itself.

more like finding corn in your stool.
how many people have even came onto the servers from xbox... 300 people? was waiting 10 months worth it?
imagine if they had worked on making the game epic BEFORE they released to xbox. we'd be having a different conversation right now. -
Just smoke a bowl and relish in the equality that the pc gaming master race and xbox players both had to suffer during their exposures to atlas and believing in the most notoriously shady developers in the industry. Welcome to the family, peasants.

this is why you ALWAYS carry a grappling hook.
-
this is why im starting a character on EUpvp when it comes online, just in case that server becomes the populated one.

found this gem while i was out exploring back in season 2 NAPVP

im hoping it will be in the xbox spot light so we have as many new cheeks to clap as possible. they better be advertising on face book and all the major media platforms too... or ima be upset

my advice is, if you choose to go solo or in a small group on a pvp server.. find a nice company to rent from that has an alliance, to host your base of operations as you grind. your taxes will be an asset to your hosts so you and your assets will be protected. youre gonna wanna have tames for resource gathering and bread bears for maps, weight n such. youre gonna want tames because your gonna need to constantly build ships because theres always a true pvper out on the seas that will eventually chase you down and murder you eventually.
alternatively you could join a large group. most large companies have explorers place a bed on an island for company mates to spawn in on and grab the easy discovery point. bed hopping is crucial for power leveling... also most organised groups will usually have a weekly kracken run and powerstone events to keep the majority of the groups casuals progressing in a fast manner.
EDIT: OH PVE... yeah. same thing just no pvp, and fuck taxes if you dont need the protection. -

im just looking forward to clapping some fresh meat booty cheeks. as far as the road map is concerned, i'll believe it when i see it happen.
for the love of atlas, pleeeease just make the max lvl 50. adjust the skill progression to that model... discovery points should only be useful for unlocking non combat buffs only... not the name of the game.- 1

18 minutes ago, Realist said:Yeah, unofficial all the way lol. But yeah my friends don’t really want to go through the grind anymore really either. Most have over 10k hours in ark so I am thinking the slightly boosted rates of unofficial will do is some good.

well, you know what im doin. marking this in my calendar as xbob cheeks clappin day. gonna need to take the whole week off for this event.

2 minutes ago, Realist said:Then they should be doing literally everything you tell them to instead of listening to the Megas that spend 25 dollars.
automatic disrespect for the company on that one
if they had listened to me from the beginning they'd have kept a huge player base and would have attracted 100's of whales by now. probably could have rolled out the micro transactions sooner and got them selves huge funding to bring on more dev's and roll out more content. i mean shit... look up my posts. theres plenty of great suggestions that would have saved this game from the beginning.

loyalty is earned and must be constantly maintained... unless youre just a pawn

boys on the beach.. literally. comes from ark. you'd always find easy prey on the beach and coast lines. now it seems to have devolved into another word for noob.

1 minute ago, Realist said:10 thousand dollars??? That is a lot of partying.
dont bother telling me your age because I will still be partying well after any number you say.
nah, this game was a cool dolphin. And dolphins are cool btw so that isn’t me talking crap, but this game was never going to be a whale. Ark isn’t even a whale and it was 100 times more successful. A whale is straight AAA.
whale is a word from the gaming industry to describe a supporter of a game that spends 1000's of dollars on their game.

33 minutes ago, UnknownSystemError said:It is a b2p title. If you stop playing, it saves them money. There is absolutely no profit in this for them beyond cash grabbing any way they can. Fucked up your PC gamer rep to the point no one will buy your steaming pos? Throw it to console gamers and hope they as usual haven't paid attention and will drop the cash.
i mean, that's a cute small minded excuse for logic but in the world of mmorpg's, micro transactions are king (of profit). they've talked about micro transactions since before early access launch that they wanted to implement microtransactions after official full launch. now with that being said, if there isnt a player base to buy their micro transactions because of their stupid choices on how they conducted the early access, that's on them. Ive spent nearly 10k on micro transactions in elder scrolls online, alone... dont get me started on star citizen lmao... they're really shooting themselves in the foot with how they are fucking around. the whales are leaving for better seas... which is sad... cause before all this i was super amped to be a whale... now im not.

an offloading dock that can capture shipping crates would be awesome... automated shipping would be even better.
