It has nothing to do with Pve and Pvp, they have just created Metal Structure and eliminated Stone, either some idiot at grapeshot programmed the patch wrong and they intended do bring a whole new line of structures into the game (meaning metal) or they really just have lost the plot, I for one don't mind these changes if they rename it all Metal Structures and BRING back yesterdays Stone structures.

Ok another person not really thinking before posting yes this is NOT ark (we actually it mainly is) In Ark they have Thatch Structures Wood Structures Stone Structures Metal Structures Tech Structures In Atlas they now have Thatch Structures Wood Structures Metal Structures (but it is called stone) Did that clear it up for you, they have created metal and removed stone and forgot to rename it. please load up ark and look at crafting requirements for stone and metal then come back and I will accept your apology. Devs either add a new set of structures called Reinforced with increased stats and these materials or rollback this change.

Now you need nearly as much metal as you do stone and there is no increase in defence on them NO YOU DO NOT stop posting instead go load up ark

NO IT ISN'T metal is need to craft metal in ARK STONE IS NEEDED TO CRAFT STONE

Devs have you ever heard the expression "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" WTF you done to the materials needed for crafting Stone, now you need Metal AND Organic paste, I get using metal in the gates that has always been fine but now you added it to every thing please just for once use your brains and rollback this change, you screwed the game up last patch now you are just making it worse.

I am using ChromeSDK Server Controller to play on the Official 15x15 map when you press Ctrl+P on a grid it has a tick box Home Server, what is this for? does this make it so you cannot gain xp past level 8? Also when running my own server My bed is NOT showing up as a spawn point I am always have to res up at the Freeport I started.

I got sunk in open sea by a Ship Of The Damned as soon as my ship sunk I died, I wasn't left bobbing around I just died, why are these griefers just not dying when the ship sinks?

logged off at 10pm UK last night logged in at 4.45pm UK, I put them on passive they are 5 walls high and the ramp has very limited access, I will log in later and check the logs I guess

I have built a base on EU PVE Sirens Call in Lawless E11 a place called Kraken's Bay, I built a large building all stone floor, stone walls and a large stone gate inside this I put my Elephant, I have a ramp outside going to the top of this building on this I put my Lion, Wolf, Bear, Bull and Cow, I have a feeding Trough which I filled with meat before I logged off. I logged in today and the Bear, Wolf and Lion have vanished, the Bull and Cow are still there so I doubt the others were killed by an animal that can jump 5 walls high or they would all be gone. I love wasting my time.

my experience I have had the Carbine do 797 damage the highest the pistol as done is around 128, I only play on pve so cant speak for pvp stats

There was NOT an issue with the Official EU PVE server, and I am not clicking any link I do not type myself, those CIA/NSA/MI6/FIS and Mossad are everywhere, I do not want them knowing my porn habits so they can tailor ads especially for me and turn me into some unknowing unwilling spy, so as I said in an earlier post on this topic I don't care if they go down 8 hours or 8 days I wanna be told why and when, on the OFFICIAL FORUMS.

The taming in Atlas is way way way better than Ark, it's more hands on, Ark knock it out put food in come back a few hours later and you have an op pet. Atlas you have to earn the animlas loyalty show who is the boss and make it a submissive. Yes its buggy as hell atm but the overall concept BRILLIANT. The Armor is more a cosmetic thing, you want better resistance you need to hunt for better blue prints They are Flintlock pistols, how long do you think they should take? want assault rifle go play Day Z Alphas I agree pain the ass skill tree is a pain but easily worked around, build a base put the things you need then repspec, so far the only thing I see in a skill tree that you have to keep to benefit form is Beast Mastery you tame a tier 3 you need to keep teir 3 to use it.

I play on the full 225 grid map in SP, it's fun but I like the aspect of trading and getting like minded souls to meet up and do harder content, not the countless griefing, lag and land claim system. They just needs to spent a few thousand £ and open more servers, as I said it was after all money for nothing no idea why it quoted you twice, and btw if I could find a full 225 grid unofficial I might they all seem to be a lot smaller

There has been one game in the past that I could use a few words to describe like "Amazing, Enjoyable, Long Lasting, Fun, Well Made" and that Is Star Wars Galaxies Pre Cu. This game ATLAS, can be that too, I can see so much potential in this game, Its an ARK MOD rehashed most of the hard work was already done, so the money you have made from Early Access sales is pure profit, here are my thoughts. Invest in New Servers, Take the Large Companies and put them on one server, hell keep the land claim system as it is they have people on 24 hours. Take mid sized companies put them on another server half the amount of land claim flags, then have another set of servers for solo maybe paired players with 1-2 land claim flags each. I play on EU PVE Sirens Call as a solo player, I have met a nice bunch of guys in a company called Bitcoin they help me, I help them we made an Alliance, other players regularly sail past Kraken's Bay looking for trades, E11 is fun except the lag, over powered Alpha's , Ships of the Damned cheating etc etc then you leave Lawless and come to and island that has a all built around it so cant access that rare resource you need, you try asking in Global if you can get access when you get greeted with a wall of text made up of [] [] [] [] [] [] [] or your ship got sunk in the harbour because you left your ladder down. Grapeshot you have been so pre occupied with "if we could" you never stopped to think "if we should" You have probably made a small fortune off the back of the modder who made most of this game happen, invest in your future now, create more servers and cater to your customers needs.
