I will give another example of the poor communication I am talking about. When in game I constantly recieve pop up messeges stating a minor patch is upcoming that I will not have to log out for or restart. Every time the server boots us, requiring a restart of client. or when the announcement says update in 10 minutes and 3 hours later you have received 5 of those messeges with no update yet. I have been through multiple early access, it is not a beta. I paid for two accounts and I know what expectations are. Because I have been through multiple of these I know through experience what will kill this game vs allowing it to thrive and prosper. I have years of IT project management experience and understand the value of good communication. Expecting professionalism at any stage for a paid for product is reasonable, making excuses for bad judgement is not. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! People can stomach small changes a little at a time, too much change and the average person will freak out. Its basic human nature and maybe something a marketing specialist can explain better.

if it was thier vision they should have had those requirements at launch. letting the players get used to something and then major nerf instead of minor tweaks shows lack of experience and a hint of incompetence

Same thing happenen in Bless, 2 days after launch in early access they nerfed damage by 70% , people started logging off in droves, pop went down 1k a week until game was down to 400 concurrent players across 4 servers. huge nerfs affect your user base.

They boosted explosive damage again.

Changing my review from positive to negative! LOVED this game but i am sick and tired of poor communication. i read the patch notes to see whats coming, constantly sneaking game changing developments into patchs like requiring paste and metal for stone structures with no advance notice?

bump, my char onstantly fluctuates between lvl 26 and 22 now. when im 26 the xp bar is at zero and doesnt gain whem im 22 i gain xp but its frustrating knowing i already earned that xp and with the constant fluctuations im worried about losing my lvls again. mainly i need to know where and how do i create an actual support ticket?

same questions, same hsppened to me but i lost 5 lvls from 26 down to 21

as an update it is staying at lvl 22 now but my skill points are showing negative 20. bad bug if game just randomly delevels you

Help ! While sailing yesterday my level kept rubber banding from lvl 26 to 21 and back again. I was level 26. I have tried logging out and back again. This all started when I was changing tiles and the game glitched, all of a sudden i see bodies in the air everywhere and it says im dead, It puts me back to a home island but didint give me any respawn options nor did it tell me what killed me. I logged out and back in again and I was level 26 again still sailing on the ocean. Today I died and it took me back to level 21 again. I can see myself gaining xp when it shows me at level 21 but when it shows level 26 the xp bar is empty and doesnt gain. PLease help. I dont even know if this is the correct place to create a ticket about my problem.
