Just someone complaining in a mmorpg that they have to farm. Crew/resources are a great gold sink that is needed in a game like this. Too many people complain about mechanics/features in this game without thinking it through.

I do agree with this. Wearing armor and the advantages associated with it and crafting armor should be seperate trees.

I like this system. If people want to use better gear they need to specalize into it. If anything the game needs more things similar to that to make each player unique and different.

Sorry this is an mmorpg which means the player is expected to invest alot of time into this game. Stop bitching about good mechanics and make a base with a bed somewhere for fast travel.

Do you even play this game? You can easily get materials with a tame to build a Galleon in 1 day. The game is easy.

You can't take varying opinions even when constructively placed. Hell the guy even went through my answer yet to you it is trolling. The problem is you want a playstyle in game but don't about its affects on other game mechanics and players. Repeatily you just spammed "just stop...." yet I am the troll? Tried of people that clamour to get the game mechanics changed because "its hard". Whether it is alphas(which are easy to kill with fire arrows) losing ships(once again a sloop takes no time at all) and so on. I am by no means a fanboi, the game needs work and have had frustrating moments in game, but the many people are overexagerrating issues(Hacking we can all agree on is not an exaggeration and needs fixed asap). Shame really though since this will fall on deaf ears of those that only want to hear people supporting their opinions.

Time to kill should be higher in this game if it wants to be an mmorpg. Why should you be able to swing a weapon mid air? Everything you are pointing out adds to the game in my opinion. Also you aren't specced into a melee build are you? It does massive damage.

Why should a gun be an insta kill? If anything a gun and bow should have weaker damage than melee to balance the playstyles out. It could use a slight damage increase though.

This game is not meant to be Call of Duty where you spam bullets. Its tactical where you need to make your shots count. So kindly gfys

Gun play is perfect the way it is. We could do with better and more unique mini games though.

Which is the whole stance of SJW doctrine. Be outraged for others because YOU feel they are affected still and harmed; despite not being altered in the slightest. Yet you neglect or take no stance on the countless others that went through such attrocities. Where is your outrage for the Japanese-Americans that were in camps by Americans during WW2? People like yourself pick and choose which events to remember or forget when it serves your narrative and purpose.

I didn't correlate Christopher Columbus being in the Spanish armada. I merely used that as a proving point. As for Columbus himself he did many attrocious crimes hence the reason Native Americans were trying to get rid of the holiday. Next time read up on history some so you don't pick and choose which things You find offensive should be banned, but we all know you'll just label it as a Nazi anyways and then start riots and assaulting people who don't agree with you while wearing black articles of clothing to conceal your identity.

Yes, the spanish armadas did kill millions of people because they didn't have Christian beliefs. Next time at least research the point you are arguing against.

A game where you pillage plunder and murder is fine but when someone associates that with real life they are evil. Are you going to be outraged if someone names their ship Santa Maria? Or is it only offensive if You personally find it so? Just an incident of finding stuff to trigger over. You can't hold present generations responsible for the deeds of their ancestors.

I hope it is the exact difference. The longer you can keep your character alive the better bonuses. Why reward people that couldn't find the fountain of youth and control it? I do think there needs to be a slower aging process of say 2-3 months for your character to perma-die of old age with a timeframe of say 1 week window (to promote pvp) to gain whatever bonus but a player can use the fountain at anytime to reset their aging process as long as it is before their character perma-dies.) Also dying should add something worthwhile like a year or 2 added to age.

All these kiddies that want reward but none of the risk. I hope it becomes permadeath too.

Better find another game because its coming to Atlas. You fap material avatar will get old unless you get to that fountain of youth. Next thing you know yiffs will be clamouring for full animal suits in game too.
