So after the v8.0 update on PVE EU, have some people encountered a No HUD/UI problem. Some people have fixed it by logging out and in, others by dying, and the one that worked for me die and respawn at a new home region(a new server).

The server is up again. But a No HUD bug has appeared. EDIT: If anyone knows a fix please say so.

It seems so. I haven't been able to join it for several minutes either.
