I dont know how its possible but in some regions like m3 im not in my own crew. and if i chance regions i m back in the crew. is there any explanation why ?

Hey guys my company is deleted this morninga approximately at 07:00 after the server update it was noticed. I was owner and i did nothig i was offline. Two of my mens said that, they were farming and after the serverupdate they were out of the company. Now i cam online to invite the guys back in the company but i can only creat a knew one :(. im in my own base locked i cant do nothing. the base and all the facility says Germania the company name but the company seems not to exist.

can someone tell me if i reinstasll the game will i lose my charter ?
