I had a Char lvl 31 on the EU PVP server before the Server connection lost all the time. when the Server update hits and i logged in again, i wasnt lvl 31 anymore i was lvl 8 and had a wiered toolbar that i dont remembered... cause it was my old char that i deleted a few days ago. The wiered part is, that my lvl 31 still the Owner of our company and he is shown as Offline and i cant get in this char but he still exists. I wrote to the Devs on "Contact us" but there is no answer from them and i dont know what to do right now this fucks up like shit cause i dont want to grind again and all the Skills are lost aswell. I deleted already the lvl 8 Char cause i thought maybe i logged into my old char again cause he exists but i only can create a new character. I deleted then my New Character, that was in the Company aswell, and hes gone from the Company automaticly.
Please can someone help me i want to play but i am sick of grinding again.
